I’m not a welder but a guy with a welder. That said this is a great table. Very stable and flat. The clamping system is very good.
We have purchased 6 of these table packages in the last year. The welders love them, and so do I. The quality is top shelf. The sales person was very helpful in making sure the choice was right for our needs, all around a positive experience.
I didn't know why I didn't buy this system long ago. It's truly the only way to go after owning one. Forget the acorn tables unless your welding up locomotives. For general Fab this can't be beat.

At first i thought this was a lot of money for a welding table. But I needed a new table and with the price of steel today this wasn't much more, so I pulled the trigger. It wasn't a mistake. This saves me so much time because part set-up and holding is so simplified with the accessories included with the bundle. I love it so much I bought a second one, bolted them together and now I build my long parts on the extended version. Scrapped my old purpose built fixtures. This is more accurate and easier to adjust.
This table is as good as I hoped it would be. Everything locks together solidly. Only down side is that I'm sure the rest of the shop is going to make me buy them a larger one for their area.
Just what you'd expect! The best!
I've been looking at tables for a couple years now. I'm a hobbyist, so it was difficult to justify the price of these tables. However, when I really sat down and compared it to the cost of the less expensive tables out there, I realized that this table was priced pretty reasonably. At $2,999 for the bundle, once you compare the size of the table and the the clamps, stops, and clamp bolts that are included, it comes out to be obviously more, but justifiable. I think that it's a great way to get into something like this, then you can always buy additional tables down the road to add onto this table if you have the need and the funds available.

Great table for the money. Very well built with a great attention to detail. Clamps and vixtures are fantastic. Great flexibility and options for expanding your business or garage.
I have been looking at fixture tables for several years. I finally pulled the trigger on the Siegmund 3x4 and I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. The accuracy is all well and good, but the speed! Oh, the speed! Setups for small repairs are like lightning. I used to balance parts on vee blocks and a shot bag to get them done quickly. Not anymore.
Very nice, exceeded my expectations. Makes welding tasks much easier and more precise. I am enjoying

Table is everything I hoped it would be. Very impressed with the fit and finish. Great for welding, for sure. But honestly, it has become the everyday go to table in my shop for layout, set up, and general maintenance. I don’t know how we got by without one before. Do yourself a favor, if you are on the fence—just buy your shop one of these tables. Also, spring for the adjustable legs and casters. They are surprisingly helpful. And you definitely won’t regret buying this table.

The table is everything we hoped for. The biggest things for us are square, accurate, and flat and this table is absolutely perfect in all those aspects. We have been fabricating tall stands and have been able to clamp them to the table and ground to the table and still lay down good beads and keep everything square and straight the whole time. Absolutely incredible table.
My fabricator has been welding on the table for the past two weeks.

This is our 2nd table purchase from Quantum and a much needed addition to our shop. My fabricators barely want to use our old steel fab tables, and we would often delay a job until our 1st Siegmund table was available because using it is so much faster, precise, and gratifying to use. There are plenty of other companies offering fixture tables like these, but we have found the quality to be incomparable. Quantum Machinery and all of their staff have been incredibly responsive and are wonderful to work with. If you want the best that German manufacturing has to offer in this field; you will not regret purchasing a Siegmund or working with the great folks at Quantum.

Alright, folks, I just have to rave about my new Siegmund plus welding table. This thing is a beast, and I mean that in the best way possible!
First off, the size is incredible. I used to juggle parts on my old table like a clumsy waiter, but with this bad boy, I've got room to spare. It's like upgrading from a kiddie pool to an Olympic-sized one.
The durability is something else. It's got this plasma nitration thing going on which, to be honest, I didn’t know much about at first. But man, does it make a difference. Weld spatter? Just brushes right off. Scratches? Like it's made of some superhero material.
Accuracy is top-notch. Every edge, every corner is so precise, I feel like I’ve been welding with one eye closed all these years. The confidence boost is real.
And the modular system for fixturing? It's like playing with the coolest building blocks ever. I can set up for any weird shape or size that comes my way, and everything stays exactly where I need it.
Long story short, this Siegmund table has been a total win for me. It’s not just a tool, it’s like the MVP of my shop now. If you're thinking about stepping up your welding table game, seriously, check this one out. It’s worth every penny and I would and will do it again and again!

the product works well with the clamp system we have we are in the stages of changing to this style from the straight ones that the welders didn't like

I purchased 2 tables; one was 4' x 8', and one was 5' x 10'.
These tables are solid and very heavy. Make the wheel option a must. My guys in the studio love these tables.
Both the US280040.XD7: System 28 5'x10' (60"x120") Siegmund Imperial Series (Inch) Welding Table with Plasma Nitration and US283300: Set 3, 61 Piece Accessory Kit for the System 28 Imperial Series Welding Table are premium equipment and the quality is apparent in the fit and finish of every piece. The table and fixturing make setup of complicated weldments easy and enjoyable. Production welding with this set of tools is efficient and repeatable from one part to hundreds. The Quantum Machinery management team and sales staff are professional and extremely helpful in guiding customers to the right equipment to meet customer needs/requirements. The table and tooling were shipped via Fed Ex fright and were received three days after the order was placed and prepared for shipping. Quantum Machinery packaged the table in a sealed heavy plastic sheet and then in a wooden crate protecting all surfaces of the table from damage. The tooling was packaged on a separate pallet which was heavily wrapped with plastic wrapping sheet and steel banding to secure it to the pallet. We will be purchasing from Quantum Machinery again in the future.
